Stackiit licenses cloud software infrastructure, isolated relational tenant architecture, anti-conflict calendar locking engines, forensic watermarking players, and administrative management consoles to independent creative studios, performing arts academies, wellness shalas, and healthcare practices ("Tenants").
Stackiit provides technical bridge connectors and automated webhook plumbing to integrate third-party payment gateways, specifically Razorpay and unified UPI payment protocols.
Stackiit does NOT create, produce, record, or edit course content. All intellectual property, curriculum designs, video masterclasses, audio stems, exercises, medical intake questions, and lesson materials hosted or streamed through the platform are created, owned, and published exclusively by the Tenant.
The Tenant represents and warrants that all content uploaded into the system is legally owned or properly licensed by the Tenant, and does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
Commercial student acquisition, course enrollments, cohort sales targets, appointment utilization rates, and client satisfaction are 100% the operational and commercial responsibility of the Tenant.
Stackiit guarantees 99.9% high-availability software execution, cryptographic tamper protection, and database isolation. Stackiit does not make any warranty or representation regarding the number of students, financial turnover, or enrollment funnel conversion rates the Tenant achieves.
Standard monthly SaaS retainers (Starter ₹1,499/mo, Professional ₹2,999/mo, Enterprise ₹4,999/mo) cover platform software infrastructure, cloud databases, updates, and maintenance only.
Digital Marketing & Promotion is Chargeable: Any digital marketing campaigns, performance ad management (Meta Ads, Google Ads), marketing funnel architecture, promotional asset creation, or creative consulting are strictly optional professional services billed on a separate chargeable basis, structured around the Tenant's own approved content.
To guarantee studio-grade lossless audio (256kbps stereo Opus / FLAC) and uncompressed 1080p visual fidelity without compromising cloud server stability, media infrastructure is provisioned under the following Fair Usage Policy (FUP):
Core SaaS software retainers exclusively license the software operating system, database isolation, and cloud infrastructure.
Every tenant receives a complimentary fast-lane cloud address (yourbrand.stackiit.in) at ₹0 extra cost. If the Tenant chooses to bring an external custom domain, a one-time connection and SSL provisioning fee of ₹999 applies on the Starter plan (waived and 100% free on Professional and Enterprise).
Third-party domain name acquisition, DNS registrar fees, and statutory annual domain renewals are classified as ancillary technical disbursements and shall be invoiced separately under Domain Support Invoicing at actuals, independent of SaaS platform retainers.
This instrument constitutes a valid and binding contract formed through electronic means under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. All tenant activities, electronic consents, IP timestamps, and cryptographic fingerprints are preserved in immutable audit logs.
